Subscription information

3 Scrappy Boys always tries to meet the wants and needs of our customers. We have had many customers over the past few months request we offer subscriptions again.� Although we will continue to offer our kits on a no-commitment basis, we are now offering subscriptions as an option.�

Here is how it works...

Go to our subscriptions page.
Choose the membership you want.
Be sure to notice what month your membership will start.
Add the membership of your choice to your cart and complete checkout.
No charge will be made to your credit card until the first kit in your membership is ready to ship.

It is that simple...no need to watch your email for new kits, no need to reserve each month!

Please read through some of the questions we get a lot:



When will my membership start? Your membership will start on the month listed�on your order. Please note that before you complete checkout as well. �The membership�description will list the month your membership will start.� We want you to be informed and know for sure what your first kit will be.
Why am I only charged $0.01 during checkout? You will only be charged for your kits when they are ready to ship, but in order to collect billing information we must give the transaction a value. You will not be charged the $0.01 or any shipping that is added to your membership at checkout.� If your order contains other products, you will be charged for those. MEMBERSHIPS RESERVED WITH PAYPAL WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.� We must have a credit card supplied with your membership.� We are more than happy to send you a Paypal invoice for payment when kits are ready, but we have to protect ourselves to ensure we receive payment and the card would then be used as a backup method of payment.

Can I skip a kit?�� Yes,� we allow one skip per membership.� More than one skip will result in membership termination.�
Is there a cancellation fee? Beginning with our February'08 kits there will be no cancellation fee, however membership cancellations must be made by the 1st of the month that you want your last kit.� For instance, if you want�November to be your last kit, you will need to let us know by�November 1 so that we don't send you the�December kit.� If your cancellation is received after the 1st of any month, you will be charged for and receive the following month's kit and you membership will end after that.�

If I sign up for one kit option but decide I want to switch during my membership, what do I do? We will handle these situations on an individual basis.� We will do our best to make the switch possible, but it cannot always guaranteed.� If we are unable to switch your membership option, your membership will continue as purchased.� The fact we are unable to switch your membership will not terminate the option you chose.
How do I end my membership? You will need to email us.� Below are the cancellation deadlines for 2008: To not receive this month's kit:�� Cancellation must be received by: February 2008��January 1, 2008 March 2008�� February 1, 2008 April 2008�� March 1, 2008 May 2008�� April 1, 2008 June 2008�� May 1, 2008 July 2008�� June 1, 2008 August 2008��July 1, 2008 September 2008�� August 1, 2008 October 2008��September 1, 2008 November 2008�� October 1, 2008 December 2008�� November 1, 2008 We will email you back with confirmation that your membership has been cancelled and when you will receive your last kit.� If you do not get a confirmation email, please contact us again.�



Even though I must provide a credit card at checkout, can I still pay for my membership with Paypal? Absolutely!� Simply leave us a note in the comment box during checkout letting us know you prefer to pay by Paypal.� We will email you an invoice before your kit is shipped with payment instructions.� You can also email us during your membership to change from credit card payment to Paypal.� If we do not hear from you, your credit card will be charged as kits ship.� If you request Paypal payment and do not make the payment by the due date in your invoice, your credit card will be charged.�
In addition to the kit I receive with my membership, can I get the other kit choice on any given month? Yes if quantities are available.� Extra kits purchased outside of a membership are charged at the non-member price and must be ordered separately through checkout.� Having a membership for one type of kit will not guarantee your choice of extra kits.

DISCLAIMER:� 3 Scrappy Boys reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone with a history of non-payment for reserved orders. Refused memberships will be notified shortly after checkout is complete.� Memberships that do not supply a credit card during checkout will not be processed.
