Shipping and Returns

If for some reason you are not� happy with a product you�purchased from us, we will gladly provide a merchandise credit or refund within 30 days of your original receipt.

All items that you wish to return must be unopened and unused. If an item has a manufacturer defect, we will gladly replace it. ����

1. A merchandise credit for the original amount of the returned item or a refund of the original purchase price (minus a 5% restocking fee)

2.�Refunds/credits will be given on merchandise only;� shipping charges are excluded (unless there was a shipping erroron our part)

1. Individual sheets of paper or cardstock

2. Items with open packages or items that are used

2. Place the item securely in the original package, if possible, keeping items separate

3. Include all original paperwork on items purchased

4. Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number

5. Do not send COD.� We will not accept it
