Our monthly kits....

there are 2 ways to get them.� For people that want a kit shipped automatically each month, with no need to reserve, we offer various memberships. More information on our memberships can be found here.� Memberships are the only way to assure you will recieve a kit each month.� The info below is for non-members.

If a membership is not for you, our kits are also available while quantities last after membership have been filled.� We always order extra products for single kit purchases, but sometimes they sell faster than other times and a certain kit may be sold out quickly.� When that is the case, we will begin a waiting list.�

When you find a kit you want to purchase, you must complete checkout for it.� Simply adding it to your cart will not complete the order.�

We generally make our kits available around the first of the month.�Sometimes we start taking preorders earlier, and the best way to be notified of kit availability is to join our mailing list.

Our monthly kits ship during the first 2 weeks of every month assuming no manufacturer backorders or delays.

Our shopping cart...

To make purchases, you will need to establish an account with login details.�

After logging in, our shopping cart system allows you to add products to your shopping cart and keep them there.� There is a chance if you products have been in your shopping cart for any length of time, that when you complete the checkout procedure, any of them may at that point be sold out.� In that case, it will not allow the purchase of the sold out item.

All shopping cart transactions are sent over our secure server as to never compromise your personal information.

Our accepted forms of payment...

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as Paypal.� We are not able to debit or charge Paypal accounts directly so do not name Paypal as your credit card source when completing checkout.�

Orders placed via Paypal will not be processed unless the entire checkout procedure is completed.� At the end of the order process you will be directed to your paypal account where you will need to confirm payment.� If this step is not completed, the order will not be processed.

All orders paid via Paypal are processed in real-time. This means your funds are debited from your account at the time of purchase.� This applies to preorder item purchases and future kit reservations.�

All orders placed via credit card, are processed manually by us.� No charge is made at the time of checkout.� Normally it takes us anywhere from 2-24 hours to manually process your payment.� Orders made via credit card for preorder items or future kit reservations will be charged approximately one week before the items are ready to ship.

Our shipping methods....

We use USPS for ALL shipping methods except our monthly stamp shipments.� For members of our montly stamp club we offer First Class shipping.� For all other domestic orders, actual Priority Mail rates are charged.� For all other international orders we only ship International Priority Mail.� When going through�checkout, your shipping charges will be calculated before the payment step is completed.� We require insurance on all international orders and it will be added to your order, based on total shipment value after your order is completed.� We are more than happy to give you a quote on insurance for your shipment.� Please inquire before completing your order.� Orders will not be cancelled because insurance is not wanted and insurance will be billed to you and will need to be paid before the shipment is sent.�

Our shipping time is normally 24 hours after your purchase unless combined shipping with a future kit is requested.� During the first 2 weeks of the month, we are very busy with monthly kit shipments and store orders will take longer.� We will do our best to get your order processed and shipped quickly.

If your order contains preorder items, the shipping date will correspond to the arrival date of the preorder.� This information will be on each preorder product information listing.

We do offer combined shipping for your purchases.� This option is available during checkout, but please be aware that all orders requesting this shipping method WILL be held for future purchases and shipping�will need to be�paid at some point.� Most customers requesting this option have a monthly kit coming, and shipping will be added to that. �When combined shipping is requested, we charge actual shipping on the total shipment.

Please note, any order that is cancelled after it is picked is subject to a 5% restocking fee.
