Default SARA -- chicken recipe

I'm looking for the recipe you shared with us about mexican chicken in the crockpot. I can't remember what to add to the chicken!

Hey Sherry. okay: (sorry a day late)

put the chicken in the crock pot
sprinkle generously with taco seasoning

in a bowl mix about 1-2 cups of salsa and a can of cream of mushroom soup

pour mixture over the chicken. Cook on high about 4-5 hours.

15 minutes before serving mix in 1/2 cup sour cream!

Mmmm...thanks Sara! I couldn't remember what made it creamy!

I ended up just cooking it with salsa and shredding it up. The kids loved it, but I wanted more flavor!

I use this recipe, too... but I like it better with cream of chicken than cream of mushroom... and I skip the sour cream. We serve it shredded in tortillas as chicken tacos and my kids LOVE it. The leftovers are great for making white bean chili!
