We are quite a ways away - Mia would know the difference - she drives it regularly - we didn't realize til last year we were "on the way" to her family's town up in Canada - she cuts down thru the states and then heads back up PERFECT for us!!!

OK - well dang girl - bday time - whoooo hoooo! Once you know have in mind "the day" - let me know b/c I will just "happen" to be off that day xoxo

aubree, we are about, let me think here ~ it's far, lol...but i am from 30 hours away from where i live now...so i do head back there once or twice a year, this time i'll be flying there but driving home, so i'll swing down and see heather. this will be our, what FOURTH time? wow, how awesome is that??!!!!

okay, so about 7 hours to winnipeg, so i'm thinking about 15 hours or so apart! so really not too bad actually!!

30 hours?!?! and you drive it (sometimes)?!?!? I am from 6 hours away and I dread that annual drive. I can't even imagine a 30 hour drive!!!

fun that you two get together. I have gotten together with an online scrap friend who lives in MN -- I am in NJ. Was a ton of fun and we have become close friends. She also happened to be in Philly for work a few times and we connected then as well.

yes, i moved 30 hours to here but when i go home, i don't go back to where i moved from, i got to my grandparents house, so it's about 23-24 hours....but i try do hit heather's house in one day if i can....then i do winnipeg the next day which is only 7 hours and then i go to my grandparents house another day and that's only 4...so the most i drive in a day is about 15 hours.....

and yes, i do it. just me and my son. brutal...but worth it

15 hours really isn't that bad - in the grand scheme of things I hope that we will be making the journey next summer Sadly, we don't have any chunk of time off before then (no spring break or anything) - so summer it is! So stoked!
