Preorder Information

When new products are released from manufacturers, we frequently provide preorders for the quantities we have ordered.� This allows you to be one of the first to get the products when they arrive. If the products are popular, we will often restock once quantities have sold out.

Preorders require prepayment if Paypal is used at checkout.� If a credit card is used the charge will be made approximately 1 week� before the product arrives at our store.

All preorders have the same shipping options as regular products.� If you choose to have your preorders held to ship with future orders, your order may be split into partial shipments depending on what has arrived and what has not.� We will do our best to ship everything the most economical way possible.

If you choose to pay shipping on your preorder, and contains items from several different manufacturers with different arrival dates, the whole order will be held until it can ship complete.

You have our promise that we will do everything in our power to receive your preorder by the estimated date in the description.� Sometimes, however, manufacturers delay shipping for various reasons. When that is the case, we stay in constant contact with the company about the status of our order and will pass the info on to you.
